The fees cover the training, certificate, material (hard and soft copies), tea and coffee breaks as well as a buffet lunch every day.

We offer in excess of 500 courses every year in a variety of locations across the region, in Europe and the Far East.

Our limit is 18. In busier seasons we make exceptions to accommodate loyal clients.

Courses start at 8:30 am and end at 3:00 pm after the buffet lunch. There are 30 contact hours per 5-day courses and 18 per 3-day courses.

Used whenever applicable, these methods aim to enhance individual and group interaction while maximizing learning. Some of these methods are: brief presentations by the consultant, group debriefs, individual and team exercises, indoors and outdoors, behavior modeling and role-plays, one-to-one and group discussions, case studies, simulations and small projects, video films, videotaping and playback, self-analysis questionnaires and, learning instruments, individual action plans (to follow up and evaluate training results)
